    Job Description: • Planning & budgeting: Provide input to planning and budgeting for administration section. • General administration: Supervise and monitor the implementation of administration services and facilities – housekeeping. • Liaising: Develop and maintain healthy relations with statutory bodies and government authorities and facilitate audits & inspections. • MIS and reports: Managing documentation of legal documents and contracts , up to date MIS and analysis of admin reports. • Compliance management: Managing adherence to all statutory compliances related to admin department. • EHS & TPM: Managing implementation of EHS and TPM initiatives in the admin department • Organization: Support learning & development initiatives for Layer 6 employees and provide inputs for their performance management and appraisals. Qualification : MSW or Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management covering Labor Welfare. Experience: 8+years of experience.

    Job Description: • Budgeting: Prepare an overall budget for the legal department • Records: Ensure upkeep and accurate maintenance of all legal documents • Handling legal cases: Manage all the legal aspects of the company and ensure adherence to all legal norms in the day to day running of the company, Legal awareness and support • Internal inquiry: Ensure effective and timely handling of cases of domestic inquiry/ misconduct • Others: Implement initiatives to establish a good legal mechanism at the unit Qualification : Degree in Law (B.A. LLB) Experience: 8+years of experience.
