Dhampur’s Role

We have pledged to care for and serve the community through long-term stakeholder value creation. Our sustainable development model includes the promotion of CSR activities related to sports, education, healthcare, rural development and environment sustainability. Apart from these focused areas, we also plan on taking up other initiatives as defined in Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013.

Our Chairman’s Role

Our Chairman Mr. A.K Goel is the visionary behind the corporate social responsibility and been actively devoted himself for the betterment of society. He has been instrumental in establishing better healthcare & touching education to the people in the villages in Uttar Pradesh. He has encouraged sports like squash and cricket. Being the founder-president of Contract Bridge Association, a nation wide organization, he is dedicated to boosting youth participation.

Sports

It is our endeavour to improve the level of performance in sports in India as well as to provide budding talent in rural areas with international standard playing facilities. This is achievable through certain CSR activities in sports.

Education

Pushp Niketan School is situated at the Dhampur Sugar Mills campus in Bijnor district of Uttar Pradesh State in India. It is visualised to be a world class model for progressive education with child centric education philosophy, pedagogies and processes.

Healthcare

In FY 2021-22, Dhampur has partnered with PHDRDF to implement a project for “Free Mobile Health Services'' to provide better healthcare facilities to the less privileged and low income group of the villages near the plants at Rajpura and Dhampur.
